How I First Fell For It - Part 2

This alsd2 somehow comes with a regime that you need to follow. Bottom line concept is very simple...NO carbohydrates! Which somehow to some of us it's like the end of the world of food. How do I want to survive? Can this be done? Can I not eat rice or drink sweet drinks or eat sweet n sugary treats?? No no nooooo..... All of these seem impossible at first. But thinking the fact that I have spent some big amount of RM for those two cans I promised myself that I would see this thru til the end.

Then since that day I quit all sweet drinks n food cold turkey! Cut all from my food. Just follow the eating plan which was given to me in a brochure. And most of my food looked like this..


Not too bad right considering that u need to maintain not more than 20g of carbs for the first week then gradually increasing it by 5gm a week. Remember carbs will be the first to be utilized by body to turn to energy as it will be turned to glucose in our body and our body somehow loveeeees glucose so much. Whatever not utilised will be stored as FAT!

Enough of this scientific thing.. Anyway after taking this alsd2 for two months plus I managed to lose close to 15kg. And best thing was that everybody complimented on this transformation. This product not only helped me lose weight but improved my complexion as well due to its high content of high quality protein.

But! After reaching a point of success I had some holiday breaks going here n there and somehow I guess its no fun not to enjoy food freely when one's on holiday right.. So that was the first mistake I did which snowballed day after day and backfires until this very day.

But fret not guys! I am starting the second attempt of this alsd2 very very soon and this time I promise myself that I will see this to the end and proves to my husband that I can look the way I was 10 years ago...
